The Celsius Tennis Academy is fully operational at Phase One of our new facility at The Boys & Girls Club of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties located at 3130 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, FL.
This facility is also home to The Cary Cohenour Tennis Foundation who’s mission is to preserve the legacy and principles of its namesake who believed that the sport of tennis was the perfect metaphor for life and excellence is measured both on and off the court.
We believe that these fundamental principles are also parallel to those of the Boys and Girls Clubs who’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
Our visions are similar in that we strive to provide a world-class experience through the sport of tennis that assures success is within reach of every young person who plays on our courts, with all athletes on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future both on and off the court while demonstrating good character, citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.
The Cary Cohenour Tennis Foundation provides access to tennis for Sarasota area youth through the Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota and DeSoto Counties and scholarship opportunities for those looking to pursue a more comprehensive path to competitive junior Florida tennis.
