This is an update on our new training facility at the Boys and Girls Club of Sarasota.
The courts are complete and we are just waiting on the windscreens, benches and our clubhouse to be completed. What do you think?
Of course we still have other locations as well, including clay courts for our academy level athletes. We will keep you updated as the final touches are completed.
This facility is now home to the Cary Cohenour Tennis Foundation who’s mission is to preserve the legacy and principles of its namesake, Cary Cohenour, who believed that the sport of tennis was the perfect metaphor for life and excellence is measured both on and off the court.
These values align perfectly with those of the Boys and Girls Clubs and with the support of the foundation, we look forward to facilitating the growth of even more Sarasota area youth.
